SOCCER - THE GAME FOR ALL KIDS!
SWYSA is a non-profit corporation providing opportunities for girls and boys ages 5 to 18 to play the great game of soccer.
"Of the Year Award" nominations deadlines are approaching.
Do you know an outstanding coach, youth referee, volunteer, administrator, or TopSoccer buddy that deserves special recognition for their hard work and dedication to youth soccer in our community? I know in SW Washington we have over 2000 volunteers/coaches who deserve special recognition, but every year fewer than three individuals are nominated for the prestigious Washington Youth Soccer "Of the Year Awards".
Deadlines for nominations for the following categories are fast approaching
-Boys Recreational Coach of the Year (Feb 15)
-Girls Recreational Coach of the Year (Feb 15)
-Boys Advanced Competition Coach of the Year (Feb 15)
-Girls Advanced Competition Coach of the Year (Feb 15)
-Volunteer of the Year (Feb 15)
-Administrator of the Year (Feb 15)
-TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year (Mar 16)

Please take the time to nominate the outstanding volunteers who works so hard to bring soccer to our youth by preparing a nomination packet and sending it to me! I would hope that Region 5 has a nomination in every one of the categories listed above this year. The only way this can happen is if you take the action to sumbit the nomication packet.
